What we collect.
When you send the form, we collect your name, mobile, email, suburb, what the job is about, and anything else you tell us. When you call or email, we keep what you send us.
Why.
To call you back, book a time to look, quote, do the work, and send your certificate and invoice.
Where it's kept.
In our customer system, Leadout, which Leadout Digital runs for us; in Simpro, our job software; and in Xero, our accounting software.
Who sees it.
We don't sell your details. We share them only where the job needs it, for example when a compliance certificate has to be lodged.
